GAC is the name of a series of bipolar chopper drivers, suitable for controlling two-phase stepper motors with four, six or eight terminals.
GAC drivers are manufactured in a 250 x 100 x 56 mm format and are equipped with an integrated power supply, screw terminals and mounting brackets for easy installation within control panels. For this reason, they are particularly suitable for stand-alone applications.&
The wide range of current/voltage values optimises the use of GAC series drives in a large number of applications, with a wide variety of stepper motors.
Particular attention has also been paid to achieving high performance and low power losses for both the board and the motor, minimising the need for forced ventilation, whilst standard input and output signals facilitate interfacing with the most common control systems.
GAC drives are compatible with optional boards that extend the management and interface capabilities of these products, facilitating their use in conjunction with external sensors and control systems.
